Mailing address for the Planning Commission is 4695 Grange Hall Rd Holly, MI  48462.  Location of the Planning Commission is in the Groveland Township Offices unless otherwise noted.

The Planning Commission meets monthly as needed.  Major responsibilities include the review and recommendation to the Township Board all rezoning requests and zoning ordinance amendments.   They may also be called on by the Township Board to study proposals on other ordinances that impact land use in the Township.  Other responsibilities include site plan review for all commercial and industrial development, residential site condos, and platted subdivisions.
